Bentley Associates, established in 2002, is located in Marylebone, London. As one of London’s leading PA and Office Support recruitment consultancies we offer sound, impartial advice and effective recruitment solutions and will keep clients and candidates informed every step of the way.

  • Anna has worked in the world of recruitment for over 25 years and has spent the last 12 with Bentley Associates.  As Director, she prides herself on her integrity and ability to develop and maintain strong, honest and longstanding relationships with her clients and candidates alike, seeking to understand their requirements thoroughly in order to deliver an exceptional service to both.  Anna graduated in languages and is fluent in French and Spanish. 

  • Amanda’s passion for the recruitment industry spans over 25 years.  Previously the owner of her own consultancy – Amanda Newell Limited, she was delighted to join forces with the team at Bentley Associates in early 2016.  Amanda’s flair, energy and commitment ensures she is actively involved in recruiting all levels of EA & Office Support staff and provides an effective, tailor-made recruitment service for both clients and candidates.  Amanda’s client base includes private equity, property investment, prestigious city livery companies, event managers, FTSE 250 companies as well as family offices/private individuals.

  • Lucy joined Bentley Associates in April 2017 after working in Education recruitment for ten years, where she led a team working on special educational needs. Since joining Bentley Associates, she has drawn on her experience of educational recruitment, focuses on developing a thorough understanding of client needs and finding candidates who are the perfect fit. Prior to joining Classroom, Lucy worked for Milkround and in Human Resources at Queen Mary’s University.  She holds a Masters in English from the University of Glasgow.

Temporary Recruitment Team

  • After studying Music and Business Management at the University of Cape Town, Deon moved to the UK in 2001 where he started a career in secondary education. This led him into the world of education recruitment, and more recently commercial recruitment. He has had a varied and successful career in recruitment including sales, management and start-ups.

  • As the primary Candidate Manager for Bentley Associates, Ashley completely focuses on sourcing, screening and interviewing experienced, professional temps. Once on the team, Ashley takes great pains to ensure that all temps are fully informed of any suitable positions and to keep constant track of their availability, maximising their opportunities for interesting and productive assignments.

The Board

  • Margaret’s position as Chairman sees her taking on a more consultative role within the company. In addition to working for Bentley Associates, Margaret is also the Chairman of an Education Recruitment consultancy and the Finance Director of a successful printing company.

  • Paul joined Bentley Associates in 2007 as Managing Director. Paul brings with him extensive financial experience gained in the City.

  • Following a career in banking, Adam made the move into recruitment in 2001 when he became the Finance Director of the education recruitment consultancy, Classroom Teachers. When in 2003, the management team founded Bentley Associates, Adam become Finance Director of both companies.

Office Dogs

  • Meet Cynthia, Poppy & Merlin – occasional visitors in the office. Their finely honed skills make them perfect for sniffing out the best talent and barking orders although they are often caught napping on the job!
