We like to visit each client so that we get to know the environment and company culture which helps us to find the ‘right’ candidate.

We can offer advice on the appropriate salary for a particular role and we will talk a client through our recruitment process.

We will shortlist a handful of the best candidates for any particular role and write an overview for each candidate to accompany their CV. The client can be assured that each of these candidates will have the right skill set and experience, but they will need to assess the team fit. We aim to make the recruiting process as easy and painless as possible.
